Awesome video i enjoy your commentary as well. I was wondering if you are going to be doing any super turbo videos for this site?

Thanks, and glad you enjoying the chuckles-- I've never been a fan of super dry videos, so I try to make them as fun to watch as they are full of valuable content.

Yes! I will be making videos for both MTTs and SNGs. As for planning, my next couple vids will be a two part on an MTT I won recently, and then I will but a super turbo SNG into the mix!

One question: In your HUD you use vpip/pfr/raise first in sb/fold bb to lp raise. Is this the standard HUD you use for large field MTT's as well or is it just in these specific tournaments?
If you do use different HUD stats in large fields, what changes do you make? TY

BTW great explaination on adjusting to the antes...I know now I haven't been adjusting correctly and that's really going to help me make better decisions.

Yes, this is the HUD I use whenever I play, though actually I have since removed the fold to steal %. The reason that I use such a simple HUD is that I tile my tables when I play and they are pretty small, so it would be complicated to see additional stats from all players. Those stats are a good enough idea to help influence my decisions and indicate the type of player I'm dealing with, although I often click on the stats to get the drop down list of more of their stats (I often look at their 3-bet stats, for example, if I have a closer decision). If I was stacking, or playing fewer tables I would likely add a few stats, like the 3-bet%, C-bet %, and limp % (another one I often pull up when considering a close shove over limps).

Glad you enjoyed the antes discussion-- it will certainly be a theme in all of my upcoming MTT videos, as I think accurately adjusting to the ante is one of the most profitable improvements any tourney player can make to their game.

Hi, Katie. I'd really appreciate it if you can make a video on the Super Turbo 6-max SNG's on the Merge network. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

This would be great if you could do this! I mainly play 6 max turbos and super turbos.

Great videos so far, keep them coming

@madshakes and @Chipsfool -- thanks for the feedback. The next two videos to come out of mine will be of an MTT win, but I promise the next month to do a vid on 6-max ST on Merge.

First of all, a really enjoyable session to watch, I am happy you're with DTB.

I have one question though about the adjustment to the antes. Could you just briefly explain the concept behind it? ( I guess it defines the profitability of shoving ?) As far as the video went I understood that by multiplying by 0,66 you find the BB part of the pot.
I have some more assumptions but I cannot relate them to make sense.

Anyways, thanks for doing the video and maybe finding time to answer this

@Chiukchia - Thanks for your nice words. I adjust to the ante by multiplying the starting pot *.66 because usually the Big Blind = 2/3 of the starting pot pre-ante, such as when the blinds are 100/200. I find it a good way to adjust for the ante, since it is accurate even with different ante % (such as 200/400-50 versus 200/400-25), and also takes the number of players into account (in case the table is playing short handed). Hope this helps.
