U know after school.. i play poker(includes training too) play and play... but it often becomes boring and my motivation is nearly down >.< so i play other games..
and spend much time at playing other games... i really dont know what to do, to motivate me to get better and better at playing poker and refresh my mind to play more and more!

Have a clear goal, have a clear plan, have a clear Idea why you want so bad to be good at poker.

What format you playing? Having some peoples to chat about the game you playing, will motivate you.

    Hey Kev,

What are your longer term goals in poker - and why do you want to play poker and not doing the other games?

On a side note, boredom often happens when you assume there is nothing to learn. There's always more to be learning, even if it's just mastering what you already know pretty well, but if you kept working at it would train it to the level where it's automatic and you could then go into the game even deeper than you could now.

Another thing that could be motivating, is that by staying focused at times when it's hard you build up the work ethic and discipline necessary to have success in a game that's becoming increasingly more competitive. Most players these days have a lot of talent - but that's not enough any more.
