What Would You Most Like In the Next Two Months?

Hi SNG Forum.

I am excited to say that I have a plan for material for you folks that should really be top notch. However, I am struggling a bit with the order to release it all. I thought that the best way to do it would be to get a survey of what the folks around here would like to see.

The next video I will definitely be releasing is going to be ABC SNG 6 which is a discussion of how to make wide calls and make calls when getting laid favorable odds.

Following that I have the following topics on deck.
1. ABC SNG 7: End Game - Takes you through understanding all the topics behind the bubble through heads up play

2. ABC SNG: In Practice - A new series of videos that follows along with ABC SNG theory vids to show the concepts in action. Videos will mostly be replayer while focusing on specific topics of the ABC SNG vid.

3. Tools of the Trade: A new series of videos setting up and using tools like HEM, Hot keys, Flop texture analysis, Poker Stove, and SNG wizard to maximize your ability to analyze situations that can arise.

4. MTT SNG Primers: Videos that focus on specific MTT SNG's like 18 man and 45 man. Each tourney size will be done as 2 videos, theory and practice. These games are soft and with simple adjustments to ABC SNG you can beat them for very high ROI's.

5. Super Turbo Primer: A set of videos, theory and practice (probably one each) that goes over how to play the super turbos including focusing more on the key decisions that you need to play them well.

6. HU SNG: Heads up SNG's are a unique beast and I have a unique strategy that I learned from a very well respected HU player. These games teach you a lot more about how to adjust to specific opponents which is a critical skill necessary for HU play in the low blinds. I can guarantee my approach is not typical of "traditional HU" SNG play but very effective and really fun.

7. Zero to Hero: The continuing exploits of zerosum79 as he attempts to make it further up the SNG food chain to high stakes. Topics are yet to be determined as they tend to pop up randomly.

So there you have it. Lots of content to still put out there. I think that it will likely take a year to get all this stuff into production and out to you guys but it is going to be a very comprehensive library of how to play SNG's. Since there is so much to cover, what would you guys like to see coming out sooner rather than later?

Respond here and it will be likely to get the stuff you are interested in out sooner. You can respond to multiple poll options and if you choose something like MTT SNG and really want a specific format, make a post saying what you want to see.

I'd really like to see the final part of the ABC series.

The ABC series is a done deal. I am recording 6 tonight (its about High Blind Play including making loose calls and calling getting pot odds). I am putting the slides together now for 7 which will be the final video entitled Endgame. I already have all the endgame material flushed out so getting it on slides and recorded is the only major hurdle.

Maybe I should make it the priority to finish this series before offering any more new material. I am really excited to get on to the application videos for ABC SNG and just don't want to put them out until the whole thing is complete.

Thanks for all the continued suggestions. It is very helpful to see what people are interested in since my releases are limited to ever other week, I don't want to put out a clunker.

I voted for the STs, but wouldn't mind seeing MTT SnGs next or HU next.

Greg, Im particularly interested in the two video series re: 18 and 45 man. I also would love something on optimal strategy for the rush poker tourneys when not using a hud. I have played a few of these and they seem supersoft.

OK I have pipelined ABC SNG so that it gets done as a first priority. The 6th video is up today and I have created the slides for the final video entitled End Game. Its going to be a very long video but I think it will be good as it discusses why the end of a SNG is different from the first stages and how to play Bubble through HU.

By next month I'll be moving into the ABC SNG Applications series alternated with one other topic (based on popularity in the poll).

I just posted a video for production on how to play 18 man SNG's. Its a new series called "The Road Less Traveled" and focuses on less well understood SNG structures (MTT SNG). It describes how to break down different tournament structures so that you can easily figure out how to adjust the ABC SNG strategy to be optimum for other formats.

The next three videos that will come out are likely to be (depending on how production goes)

1. A video on ABC SNG applications (replayer). The thing that has held this up is the fact that I have been hypercritical of my own play lately and have not found a video where I did not make at least one embarrassing mistake. If anyone wants to submit a hand history to me where they placed 1st in a tourney I would be happy to incorporate it into this video series. PM me for details. A $3.40 or $6.50 turbo would be optimal.

2. A Zero to Hero video on leak checking using HEM called "The Run Bads"

I am going to keep trying to produce videos spread out over a variety of topics but geared towards the results of this poll so keep voting if you start to get interested in new things.

3. Finishing the 2 part series on cash to MTT transition. Players from other forums seem interested in me finishing this so sorry sng forum, but hopefully you guys will find it useful as well.
