I have just read this book and have started reading alot of very infomation in this book. Not much strategy in this book which makes it stand out out from other books. I think a must read for any serious poker player who would like to become a pro or make serious money from poker.

loved the book. checking with a chip is even useful at 100 and 200nl, vs the plyrs who dont auto raise blockers that is (easy enough to adjust if they do).
But the biggest gift i got from ur book is that it showed me that even tho poker was my only income for years, I was never deserving of the title 'pro' (save for a few 3month stretches or so). i just never really worked hard enough (and honestly thought that poker was a way to get away from hard work until i read what was possible).
not only did reading the book make me want to work on my game and finally treat poker as a job, it also introduced me to this gem of a coaching site to help me do just that.
Dusty, your words and example haven't exactly gotten rid of my 'just do enough' attitude but they definitely raised the bar measuring what 'enough' is. so thank you.

    Thanks

It's true! We just finished working on it, and it's scheduled for release in the first week of December (hard copies Jan 2). It's called Don't Listen To Phil Hellmuth. Dusty wrote about it in his blog, here: http://www.dragthebar.com/poker-blog...#jump-post-610

Can someone clear this maybe stupid question:

About the chapter "Don't look at the cashier". Does this chapter suggest not looking at ANY results - your session stats (how many BI's won/lost), table stats or just at the cashier? I've been wondering ever since I read the book...
