EDIT: changed my mind. I think this line is fine for thin value Vs 99 and TT as his turn and river play makes QQ-AA a less significant part of his range than I first assumed.

If we stove 99+ but weight it so that he only takes this line with QQ+ half of the time then you have ~55% equity.

ya nh as far as I'm concerned. I'm just curious and want to double check, so smap will you hit me back ITT w/ your reasoning for raising the flop as opposed to pf or turn? I'm not saying it's bad, and in fact think it's best as well for a few reasons, but just want to make sure I'm on the same page.

Results: He had TT. Ship it my way.

Reasoning for not raising preflop: He's a nit, and I expect him to have a pretty legit hand here. I don't want to turn JJ into a flip where I could just as easily play it well IP.

Reason for raising flop: Looks bluffy. Lord knows what he calls, folds, or re-raises here. If he's giving up with overs to my JJ, I'd rather take it down now than give him another card to ding and not get any more money from him.

Reason for not raising turn: Raised flop :P
