The Last Cigar, Day 21 – The Big Decision

I decided to cut out the possibility of me going back into information technology.  I never really wanted to do it, I was just doing it to be "secure".  I've decided to work my real estate business hard and full time.  It is a bad time to do that, but I believe it will be the best decision in the long run.  Doing real estate is my best chance of achieving a 6 figure income in the future.  It will also allow me tremendous freedoms in comparison to working in a corporate environment.  The only way I'll go back to corporate is if I utterly and completely fail, and that means that I gave it 100% and for some reason due to the market or whatever reason I was unable to succeed.   I feel good about the decision and am going to burn all the boats like Cortez did.  I can't be divided.  To succeed I must stick to one business and learn it and do it well.
