  1. There’s so much to relate to for me in this blog. I’ve actually found that increasing grinding volume is so much like increasing running endurance. At times it actually feels physically similar to running, where you hit the wall and try to push through it. Sometimes it’s just that feeling at the front of my brain (like, mush), but at other times it’s a physical whole body sensation.

    Anyway, good luck with your 10 miles! I can’t wait until I can go over by the river or to Central Park again to run.

  2. It’s all about the playlist. Having the right music for running or grinding can make such a huge difference. My first five hour session was sitting through Metallica’s first five albums. Unfortunately, songs get sort of played out after a while and I need something new to get the adrenaline going again.
